  • Each of the primary files (Customer, Vendor, etc.) has a list screen. Those screens allow the user to view all of the records in the selected sequence. Using the powerful ConneXlink filters, the user can zoom in from thousands of records to a selected group of just a few records to locate the desired information fast.
  • User Preferences allow the user to configure the ConneXlink interface to match the way they work.

Fast and accurate order processing.

  • Enter 3 or 4 letters of the Customer's last name, click on the customer, click the New Work Order button and enter the items to be included. That's how quick it is.
  • Information for the order comes directly from the Customer, Inventory, Labor Catalog, etc. You know there are no typos.
  • As new Customers, or New Inventory Items are used in ConneXlink, they are entered once, their relationships (GL Accounts, etc.) are defined and then they can be used over and over with a single click. This insures consistency.
  • Although elements in ConneXlink have their relationships defined, a user with the appropriate security rights can over-ride the default to allow for the exceptions that occur in day-to-day business.

  • Phone support is available during the hours posted on our web site, www.connexlink.com. If you pre-pay an annual subscription, you account will be credited with 2 hours of phone support that can be used for training or help. All other time is billed at the current rate.
